Shipping

We now have a few options for shipping your order in Australia. Orders will generally be shipped within a few days - any exceptions we will let you know. Most items will ship same or next day.

Our standard shipping method is by the Australia Post parcel service which delivers in around 2+ days. For your security we may require a signature for high-value items - if you are not home the postie will leave a card. If this is inconvenient you may wish to use your work address as the shipping address. Let us know in the Comments box at checkout if you want the parcel left if you are not home.

You now have the option of selecting Express Post for next day delivery to capital cities and major regional centres on the east coast. For a list of postcodes serviced by the Express Post network view the list on Australia Post’s website. If your shipping postcode is in this list you will have the option to select this method - for other locations Australia Post cannot guarantee delivery will be next day.

For our local customers, we have the option for you to select “Pickup in store” - buy online to secure your purchase and let us know in the comment box when you would like to collect your item and save on shipping.

Some large or bulky items (like kayaks!) cannot be readily shipped through Australia Post or are expensive to ship. Items such as paddles or carts can be shipped by courier - please contact us if you are interested in these and we will provide a quote.

We will ship to overseas locations - please contact us to arrange a shipping quote (payment by Paypal prior to shipping).

Exchanges and Refunds of Goods

If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind or is the wrong size - send it back to us within a reasonable time (unused - with tags and packaging intact) and we'll happily swap it or refund/store credit if we cannot provide a suitable replacement. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, and we will ask you to cover the cost of freighting any replacement back to you unless it’s our error (eg. we’ve sent you something different from what you have ordered).
