This is a water resistant box that will protect a series of connectors for bilge systems or other electrical systems contained within a Kayak hatch where the joins may otherwise be exposed, such as leads on self-contained batteries such as the FPV-Power.

Box dimensions: 60 x 65mm with electrical lead glands 27mm out on three sides.

Use:

After electrical wires are inserted through the glands and joined, tighten the glands around the wires and reseal the box - ensure there is no sand, grit or salt crystals to reduce the effectiveness of the seals.

Mount the box where is is best protected from splashes or water ingress in hatches - do not leave either your battery or the connector box sitting in water.
